Telephone Counselling
If you are unable to attend our offices for sessions than we offer telephone counselling and online video counselling
Length of Session
All session are tailored to a couples unique goals and needs; a standard session is generally 60min in length.
We do offer a Results Session, available after an initial session. Results Sessions can be up to 6hrs of total immersion and are very powerful.
1.) Book your telephone counselling appointment of 30 or 50 minutes with my online
Online Appointment Diary. The online diary will take you through the steps to pre-pay the session with PayPal via credit card or your linked bank account.
2.) Once your appointment is confirmed, you will need to call me on 0410 948 498 at the scheduled time.
3.) Make sure you are in a quiet room with no distractions and a pen and paper to take notes during our counselling session.
4.) At the conclusion of our first counselling session we will discuss your future needs in terms of telephone counselling or possible referrals that may be needed.
5.) If, for any reason, you miss your scheduled phone consultation, the full-fee cancellation policy will apply.
Please note, telephone counselling is not suitable for all individuals or couples.

In the initial session we work with you to get a full understanding of your unique situation, goals, needs and values. Clarifying what you want to get from a session and your ultimate individual goals and feelings towards your current and ideal relationship.This first session is a perfect time for you to feel if we are the perfect fit for your relationship counselling solution and hear from us how we can provide you with empowering tools. Most couples see from the initial session that together through counselling they can reclaim and rebuild their relationship.
Subsequent session packages depend on the needs evaluated from the initial session with most couples selecting a package that consists of 60 min sessions designed to reach their ideal relationship goals.
This of course varies on a couples individual situation and needs. On average a couple can tend to have 6 – 12 sessions to reach a renewed anchored relationship reality where they are focused on the ongoing deepening and commitment.

We currently have offices in Gold Coast & Brisbane. During interstate seminars we also provide coaching services at local private offices.All our office locations are private and comfortable to allow you to enjoy the journey.
Coaching services are scheduled based on the needs of of couples. Standard hours are 10am to 7pm with flexible options available as we understand the need to offer availability outside of work hours and after the kids are asleep. Yes we are a family too and understand the real needs of couples.

We offer a 10% discount for 6 sessions booked ahead and pre-paid.
This option may be chosen at anytime in our work together.
Please note we have a 24 hour full-fee cancellation policy.
